Throughout the planning process, we’ll collaborate with you on all the details, including your floor plan, table and chair layout, ceremony site, decor, vendors, and timeline. We’ll also go over backup plans for an indoor ceremony if the weather doesn’t cooperate, so you can feel confident that every detail is covered
During the rehearsal, we will review all event details one final time, ensuring everything is in place for your big day. Our goal is to help you feel at ease and confident, knowing that we've got everything taken care of.
On your wedding day, we handle all the logistics—from setting up tables, chairs, and decorations to coordinating with vendors and assisting them as needed. We will remain on-site throughout the event, available to support you and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Our priority is to provide exceptional service and support throughout the planning and setup process, so you can focus on what matters most: celebrating your love and enjoying your wedding day to the fullest.
Amenities
We have two well-maintained restrooms available, and we provide all necessary supplies.
Our team will regularly tend to the facilities during the event, restocking and maintaining them as needed.
For those who wish to get ready on-site, we offer a private room for the bride or spouse, available up to two hours before the scheduled ceremony. This quiet space provides a relaxing and comfortable environment to prepare for the big day.
Additionally, we offer an arbor for couples to decorate and personalize for their ceremony, along with multiple ceremony site options to choose from.
We provide and set up all tables and chairs, including guest tables, banquet/catering tables, and a cake table. While linens are not included, we are happy to provide recommendations for rental options.
We are committed to ensuring that every detail is taken care of so you can focus on enjoying your special day.
At the 1830 Wedding Barn, we offer a range of amenities to ensure your event runs smoothly and your guests are comfortable.
Our spacious guest parking lot is conveniently located, with overflow parking available for larger events. For the convenience of your vendors, we provide a dedicated parking area closer to the barn for easy drop-off and pick-up of supplies. A parking attendant will be on-site to direct traffic and ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the day.
The barn features a beautiful live-edge bar for events that include bar service.
Throughout the venue, we’ve installed charming string lights both inside and outside the barn, which remain up throughout the wedding season to add a warm, romantic ambiance.
